The attention to detail and the delicious food made the dining experience truly enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail, especially when preparing breakfast for my vegetarian wife. They made sure to provide a variety of delicious tofu dishes that showcased their culinary expertise. The room itself was spacious and had a stunning view of both the city and the nearby rural area. The hotel's location was also ideal, allowing easy access to well-run restaurants and other amenities. This hotel definitely offers great value for money.

Wifi in room could be improved.

The outdoor onsen on the top floor provides a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The hotel also offers a shuttle service for easy transport to and from the city center.

The hotel has an incredible view of the port which you can enjoy from your room. They offer a shuttle service to the station which is very convenient. The staff is polite and respectful and one of them spoke English which helped me enjoy my stay better. The buffet breakfast and dinner was wonderful and it had a great range of dishes to choose from.

The hotel does not provide WiFi in the room. it might be difficult for people with less knowledge of Japanese customs and language to move around the area without help.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kyushu, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel had beautiful artistic doors and walls, which created a great first impression. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the receptionist who spoke English and even escorted me to my room. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking a semi-rural area and the city across the bay. The hotel also had a top floor onsen with an outdoor pool, offering stunning views of the entire city. In terms of dining, both the dinner and breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from. The hotel also provided shuttle service to the station, making it very convenient to explore the area.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was incredible.

The hotel location is convenient, just a short walk away from the bus station. The staff was friendly, even though their English could have been better. The view from the room was fantastic as we could see both the city and the nearby rural area. The meals were delightful; the buffet had plenty of options, was beautifully presented, and had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The outdoor onsen was a pleasant surprise, and the variety of Yukata available was impressive.

It was necessary to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel, which was an extra expense and an inconvenience.
