The hotel location is convenient, just a short walk away from the bus station. The staff was friendly, even though their English could have been better. The view from the room was fantastic as we could see both the city and the nearby rural area. The meals were delightful; the buffet had plenty of options, was beautifully presented, and had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The outdoor onsen was a pleasant surprise, and the variety of Yukata available was impressive.
It was necessary to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel, which was an extra expense and an inconvenience.
